Classes:

Classes are given on Sat at 10 am and 1 pm only. Other times can be scheduled during the week on a limited basis by calling and making arrangements. Our classes are for beginner wine makers who make wine from kits. We do not give classes on making wine from grapes, inquire at the location you buy your grapes from. Many will tell you where you can get info on wine making from grapes or contact the American Wine Society for a class near you. It is highly recommended you take a class before making wine from grapes. It is not a simple matter of buying juice or grapes and letting it ferment into wine. If you missed this years grape season you are lucky as you have the rest of the year to learn the correct way of making wine.
